3. Fat and greasy heart. Ps 119:69-70 4. Bitter heart: usually follows a wounded heart. Harsh and sacarstic, resentful, for non obvious reasons, extreme in response. 5. Wounded heart: usually following an event, a disappointment, something we pursued with the whole heart but the turn out did not meet our expectation. Ps 109:22 6. Weak heart: lacking strength, fragile, collapses under strain and pressure: Eze 16:30-31 7.Gross Heart: lacking sensitivity and discenment Matt 13:15 can't heal because it cannot be converted, because it has no understanding, coz it cannot see and hear 8. Lustful heart: motivate by lust and greed Ps 81:12 9. Adulterous Heart: similar to above. Unfaithful. Matt 15:19 10. Blind to God: unable, unwilling to see & percieve the will of God Eph 4:18 blind heart will cause ignorance, causing an alienation from the life of God; 1 Pet 1:3 Walking in knowledge of Him will allow 11. Overwhelmed heart (by circumstances, etc) 12. Whorish heart - plays the harlot, never satisfied or content with what it has, roaming heart, usually half in world and half in church, in a continuous affair in the world, married to Christ but dating the world at the same time. Ps 61:1-2

10 Things That Happen When You Pay Your Tithe 1. You honor the LORD when you pay your tithe: Mal 1:6-10. - Honoring the LORD causes your substance to increase: Prov 3:5-10 - All good things come from the LORD. Jas 1:17, Joh 3:27, 1Tim 6:17, 1 Chr 29:1-15

Holy Spirit to us allows us to have God's attention and Him to speak and direct us as He would. Acts 16:5-10 Holy Spirit directed Paul and co where to preach and where not to preach. Like in a TV cop show when they are chasing the bad guy: Holy Spirit is like a helicopter with an aerial view and we on the ground. We better have communication with Him so that He can give us instruction. Also Holy Spirit is our strengthener. In life, we often find that our strength is finishing but the journey and the fight is not over. We need boost. Helper: Holy Spirit is given as our help but we ask not for His help that He may give it.

Luke 15:7,10:There is joy in heaven when on sinner repents. And There is interest in the one who was involved in causing that joy. Ps 91:14-16

1. Because that is the great commission. the great order. the great instruction. Mt 28:18-20 The purpose of the church is for souls to be won to Christ. The church is the only one commissioned to win souls. Others will build schools, hospitals, etc, but never win souls. 2. We must be sould winners because we are called to do this great work. Matt 22:14 3.This church must be a soul winning because we were created in Christ Jesus for this purpose. Eph 2:10 There is no reason for God to leave us here on earth after salvation at risk of further contamination, but for that there is a work to be done. 4. You must be a soul winner because soul winning gives great joy and energizing Christians. Luk 10:17 When something is not used for its intended purpose, it is misused. Christians who fall into just going to church get frustrated and discouraged, because they are not engaged in the soul winning purpose.

God always gathers His people into His house - that is the Church that He is building - Mt 16:18 It is dangerous to be in opposition or unhelpful towards what God is doing. Eph 2:19 Jesus, then apostoles and prophets are the foundation of the building

God has ordained that thing produce by bringing forth after their kind. If you want to grow look at how your kind grows and input the same things as they do. John 4:37 1 Cor 3:10 God's work is not accomplished by one person but by teams. For a team to accomplish the thing assigned, they need to be of one mind. All the church members must have the same mind to do the work of God: call others, witness, etc. 1 Cor 3:1-10 Ps 133:1-3 The place of brethren dwelling in unity is where the LORD commanded the blessing and life forever more. Gen 11:1-8 The same language and purpose made the people capable of doing 'anything'. Confused language stopped the building of the city.

Today we were blessed with a visit from Bishop Eddy Addy! And he shared with us about the nature of God's blessings. Gen 12::1-3 Heb 11:6 God is not a stick weilder but also concerned about us. He promised to blessed Abram and make him a father of many nations. We usually fixate on things counting on them to bring us happiness and but we find it is a fleeting illusion. When God makes you happy (blessing) it is happiness that is dependent on Him and not stuff. Whether you have stuff or not, God's blessing make you content. Woman at well was seeking, had 5 husbands and on the sixth, but Jesus showed her that He had the living water that satisfies. Gen 12:2 ...and so you shall be a blessing. God will bless you to be a blessing. It is not just for you that He blesses you, but to be a blessing to others. (when you are a blessing to others, you get blessed even more). Look to bless others even financially so that even you will be blessed even more. It is documented that Jews are the greatest givers and their wealth speaks as evidence. Bless people with words of comfort. 2 Cor 1:3-4. comfort others with the comfort wherewith ye have been conforted by God.

Value 1 person, church, pesewa, penny, etc. The smallest unit. If you don't value one, you wont value God because He is one. Deut6:4 When we don't value 1 small penny we will throw it away. But it is the 1's that make the many that we respect. Value 1 because: 1. Because God is one 2. God began the creation of mankind by creating one man Gen 2:7 3. God asked Abraham for one of his sons. 4. David defeated Goliath with one stone. 1 Sam 17 5. Jesus valued the offering from one little boy - the lunch. John 6:7-9, 6. Jesus valued 1 out of 100 - Luke 15:1-7 7 Jesus valued 1 out of 10 - Luke 15:8 8. Jesus valued one out of two - The prodigal son. Luke 15:11-end 9. God needed only 1 man to save mankind Acts 4:12 10. God compares the soul of one man to be worth more than everything in the world Mark 8:36
